This session provides important information about wills versus living trusts, joint accounts and beneficiary designations, protecting assets for minor children, passing assets to adult children or disabled children, etc. Powers of attorney will also be discussed—what are they and who should be my agent, what powers should I give my agent.

Wondering how to spend your time in retirement? Looking forward to starting a business, returning to school or launching another career? This session will discuss the many options to retool or update your skills for your retirement.
