MAYDAY! Workshop and Book Signing

Asking for Help in the Workplace

How many of us have resisted asking for help at work for fear of being seen as weak, unprepared or incompetent? How many times have we wanted a helping hand, but struggled on alone instead? How many of us see asking for help as a CLM, a career-limiting move?

Leaders know that the willingness and ability to ask for help at work is a major indicator of success in the workplace. Join M. Nora Klaver, master executive coach and author of Mayday! Asking for Help in Times of Need, as she reveals why we don't ask for help, why we should, as well as tips to make our requests for help clear and strong.
